What areas do you cover for deliveries? +
MRB Nationwide Logistics operates across the entire United Kingdom — including England, Scotland, and Wales. Whether you need a same-day delivery within a single city, a regional pallet run, or a full nationwide freight service, we have you covered. Please contact us if you have a specific route in mind and we can confirm availability and pricing.
How quickly can you collect my goods? +
For our Same-Day Business Delivery service, we aim to collect within 2 hours of a confirmed booking during business hours. For other services, collection times are agreed in advance and scheduled to suit your operation. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
Are the quoted prices fixed, or do they vary? +
The prices listed on our website are starting prices that reflect standard conditions. Your final confirmed quote will be fixed and agreed before the job begins — there are no hidden charges. Factors such as specific routing, access restrictions, or additional requirements may affect the final price, and we will always communicate any adjustments clearly before you commit.
Do you provide proof of delivery? +
Yes. Proof of delivery (POD) is included with all our services. Upon successful delivery, the recipient signs for the goods and you receive digital confirmation. This provides a clear record for your accounts, operations team, or customers. POD documents can be provided by email on request.
Can I track my delivery in real time? +
All MRB vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking, allowing us to monitor your delivery in real time. If you need a status update at any point during transit, simply call or message our team and we'll provide a live location and ETA. We are actively developing customer-facing tracking for future rollout.
What types of goods do you transport? +
We transport a wide range of business goods including retail stock, palletised goods, wholesale products, office equipment, IT hardware, e-commerce parcels, and commercial supplies. We do not handle hazardous materials, live animals, or prohibited substances. If you're unsure whether we can transport your goods, please contact us and we'll advise you directly.
Are my goods insured during transport? +
Yes. All goods transported by MRB Nationwide Logistics are covered by goods-in-transit insurance. Our standard cover applies to all bookings. If your shipment has a particularly high declared value, please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure appropriate cover is in place. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.
How do I book a service? +
Booking is simple. You can submit an enquiry via our contact form, call us on +44 7400 728749, or email us at info@mrbnationwidelimited.online. We'll respond quickly with a confirmed price and arrange your collection date and time. We do not currently offer online self-booking — all jobs are confirmed directly with our team.
Can you handle regular, recurring delivery routes? +
Absolutely. Many of our clients use us for regular scheduled deliveries — weekly warehouse-to-store runs, recurring multi-drop routes, or monthly freight movements. We offer preferred rates for regular clients and will work with you to build a schedule that fits your operation. Please contact us to discuss a regular contract arrangement.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? +
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a partial charge to cover driver scheduling costs.
